Following our commitment to the advancement of the Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur community, we will be working with the University of the Philippines throughout the rest of 2016 and beginning of 2017 to offer a scholarship for a Sta. Maria student at the UoP. 2015 Project

The Joaquin R. Escobar Foundation is proud to announce the 2015 Ecumenical Chapel project for Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College. Construction started: December, 2015.

2014 Project

We are proud to report the Joaquin R. Escobar Foundation’s 2014 contribution to the Adopt-a-Student Program for students from Santa Maria attending the University of the Philippines (UoP) Diliman.  We congratulate Ms. Jermaine Dasargo, UoP’s selected recipient for this grant.

Ms. Dasargo is completing her degree in Computer Engineering.  We wish Ms. Dasargo continuing success, and hope, with your support, that we may continue our efforts in assisting other aspiring students from the Santa Maria community.
